Paper plastic separation equipment for Kazakhstan

SUNYGROUP's paper plastic separation equipment can be used to recycle paper-plastic composite and mixed raw materials such as cigarette boxes, wine cartons, milk cartons, packaging paper, adhesive paper, coated paper, kraft paper, woven bags, and paper mill waste. It achieves efficient separation of paper and plastic; the separated plastic can be recycled into granules, while the pulp can be recycled into paper.

The paper-plastic separation line mainly utilizes the differences in the physical properties of paper and plastic to achieve separation. Generally, in paper-plastic packaging materials, paper has a fibrous structure, while plastic has a polymer structure. This production line utilizes the friction caused by water injection to break down and separate the paper fibers and plastic, thus achieving paper-plastic separation.

Currently, a customer in Kazakhstan has ordered a set of paper-plastic separation equipment from our company. The equipment has been completed and passed the quality inspection process.
