Specific steps for the lithium battery recycling process

Our country is one of the countries with the fastest economic growth in the world, and it is also one of the countries with the largest environmental load and the most serious pollution in the world. Solving environmental problems is the highlight of our country, and the environmental problems caused by waste batteries cannot be ignored.  Reusing the recycled waste batteries can greatly alleviate the pressure brought about by the shortage of resources.

Valuable metal resources in lithium batteries can be extracted through the crushing, sorting and recycling technology of waste lithium battery recycling equipment without destroying the properties of these metal resources. The specific steps are as follows:

1. The battery pole piece waste is coarsely crushed by a biaxial shredder;

2. The waste material of the battery electrode is placed in the vibrating feeder and conveyed forward to the fine crusher. During the conveying process, the vibrating black powder in the battery electrode waste is sucked into the cyclone feeder for recycling;

3. The battery pole piece waste is crushed by a fine crusher, and the size of the battery pole piece waste is less than or equal to 1cm;

4. Put the broken battery pole piece waste into the vibrating feeder and transport it forward to the grinder. During the conveying process, the vibrating black powder in the battery pole piece waste is sucked into the cyclone feeder for recycling ;

5. The battery electrode waste is ground and crushed by a grinder, and the size of the ground and crushed battery electrode waste is less than or equal to 1mm;

6. Separation of battery pole piece waste: the ground battery pole piece waste is recovered from the fine powder outlet of the classifier through the negative pressure suction cyclone feeder of the classifier, and the coarse aluminum particles are recovered from the coarse powder outlet of the classifier discharge.
