India customers visit us for aluminum plastic separation machine

This week, our factory welcomed a special delegation from India to witness the live operation of our aluminum-plastic recycling equipment.

The Indian client showed great interest in how our system separates aluminum and plastic from multilayer materials such as pharmaceutical blister packs, toothpaste tubes, and composite films. Upon arrival, the delegation was guided through our workshop, where they were introduced to the equipment’s working principles, structural design, and technological advantages.

The highlight of the visit was the on-site trial run. The raw material — shredded blister packs — was fed into the crushing system, followed by high-speed pulverization and electrostatic separation. Within seconds, the client witnessed a clean separation of aluminum powder and plastic granules, each collected in separate discharge ports. The purity of the recovered aluminum exceeded 99%, which greatly impressed the visitors.

Beyond the machine's performance, the client also appreciated the dust removal system and energy-efficient design, noting that it meets both environmental standards and cost-saving expectations. Our engineers answered technical questions in detail and discussed possible customizations based on the client’s future plant layout in India.
