Indian Client Visits to Observe Paper-Plastic Recycling Equipment in Operation

This week, our recycling facility had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from India who came to witness the live operation of our paper-plastic separation equipment.

The visiting client specializes in processing post-consumer packaging waste—especially multilayer cartons, paper cups, and laminated bags, which typically contain both paper fiber and plastic film. During the visit, our engineers provided a detailed walkthrough of the system’s design and working principles, highlighting the automatic feeding system, high-efficiency pulping process, and advanced separation technology.

The key moment was a live demonstration of the equipment in action. The client observed how shredded composite materials were fed into the hydropulper, where water and mechanical force separated the paper fibers from the plastic layers. The clean paper pulp was discharged for reuse in the paper industry, while the plastic fragments were collected, dried, and prepared for granulation.

The Indian client was particularly impressed by the system’s low energy consumption, high recovery rate, and adaptability to different materials. Our team also discussed possible customizations based on the client’s local waste composition and plant layout.
