PCB recycling plant delivery to Franch

After the new year, we delivered a complete set of circuit board recycling equipment to our French customers. This set of equipment is mainly used to recycle various waste circuit boards, copper clad laminates, circuit boards and waste scraps. The final result is copper powder and resin powder. The sorting efficiency of the equipment can reach 99%. The waste circuit board crushing and sorting equipment adopts a double-shaft shredding type for the first crusher, a hammer crusher for the second crusher, and a high-speed turbine crusher for the third-level crusher. The material is pulverized into powder by three-stage pulverization, and then sorted by air separation equipment and electrostatic separation equipment. The structure of this production line is novel and unique; the production capacity is large and the power consumption is low; one feeding is completed by multi-machine cooperation; the entire production line is controlled by PLC. The successful development of this machine not only improves the quality of recycled copper, but also prevents secondary pollution.
