Indian Client Visits to Inspect Eddy Current Separator

Recently, a client from India visited SUNYGROUP for an on-site inspection. The primary objective of the visit was to evaluate the operational performance and separation capabilities of the eddy current separator in the field of non-ferrous metal recycling.

To provide a firsthand demonstration of the equipment's performance, SUNYGROUP’s technical team conducted live separation tests using a mix of non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum and copper) and non-metallic materials (such as plastic, glass, and rubber).

As the materials entered the separation zone, non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum were instantly and precisely "ejected" into designated collection bins, while non-metallic materials like plastic fell naturally, resulting in exceptional separation purity. Even at high operating speeds, the equipment ran smoothly with excellent noise control, demonstrating both precision and stability throughout the process.
