Indian Clients Visit Circuit Board Recycling Equipment

Recently, the SUNY GROUP factory welcomed a delegation of clients from India. With the volume of electronic waste generated locally in India surging year after year, high-efficiency circuit board recycling equipment has become an essential requirement for the country's green development initiatives.

Upon their arrival at the factory, the clients were guided by the sales team on a comprehensive tour of the entire facility. They paid particular attention to SUNY GROUP's machining workshop and the manufacturing zone dedicated to circuit board recycling equipment. Subsequently, on-site staff activated the recycling machinery within the facility and conducted a live test run using actual feedstock.

In the factory's large-scale testing area, the technical team loaded the hopper with a batch of materials provided by the Indian clients—a mixed assortment comprising computer boards, mobile phone boards, and various household appliance circuit boards. As the automated recycling line operated smoothly through a multi-stage process of integrated shredding, crushing, and sorting, one end of the line continuously discharged a stream of mixed metal powder, while the other end discharged fiber-resin powder. The entire process was highly efficient, fluid, and executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Following the test run, both teams engaged in in-depth discussions regarding customized layout designs tailored to India's specific voltage standards and factory environment requirements, successfully reaching a preliminary agreement regarding their purchasing intentions.
