Some recycling way to recycle the waste wires and cables

4. Mechanical crushing method: This method adopts the method of crushing and sorting. The waste wires and cables are peeled by crushing, and then the copper and plastic are separated by water washing or airflow differentiation and electrostatic separation. It can process not only thick square wire and cable wire, but also raw materials such as automobile wire, motorcycle wire, electric vehicle wire, network wire, communication wire, household appliance dismantling wire, electronic wire, etc. The output is higher and the manual work intensity is greatly reduced. In addition, this method is divided into dry type and wet type according to the difference between water separation and water use. Among them, the dry type copper rice machine equipment has the characteristics of not washing with water. Today, when environmental protection is strictly investigated, its market demand is relatively large. .

5. Chemical method: When we mention the word "chemical", the most important thing that comes to our mind is environmental protection. Indeed, this method uses a chemical potion, and the wire skin and copper are separated through the soaking treatment of the potion. The problem is that the potion produced by it is not easy to handle and will cause greater environmental pollution, so this method is only in the experimental stage and has not been put into civilian use.

6. Freezing method: It is relatively taller and more advanced. This method was also proposed in the 1990s. It uses liquid nitrogen as a refrigerant, so that waste wires and cables are frozen at ultra-low temperature and become brittle, and then After crushing and shaking, the plastic and copper are separated. This method has high cost, is difficult to operate on a large scale, and has not been put into actual production.
