Russian Client Visits Factory for Lithium Battery Recycling Equipment Inspection

Recently, our factory had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Russia for a comprehensive inspection of the lithium battery recycling equipment they had purchased. As global demand for battery recycling solutions surges, especially in the EV and energy storage sectors, this visit reflects the growing international collaboration around sustainable resource recovery.

The Russian client, a major player in the battery recycling industry, arrived with a technical team to conduct on-site equipment acceptance testing. Our engineers provided a detailed walkthrough of the entire production line, including the crushing system, pyrolysis unit, dust collection system, and black mass separation module.

During the live trial run, spent lithium-ion batteries were processed in real time. The client observed the full dismantling and material separation process, which includes breaking down cells, removing electrolyte residues, and extracting valuable metals such as lithium, cobalt, and graphite. They were particularly impressed by the system’s automation level, dust control performance, and metal recovery rate exceeding 98%.

In addition to the technical demonstration, the visit included a deep discussion on equipment customization for cold-region operation, as well as compliance with Russian environmental standards. Our team shared operational data, maintenance protocols, and offered remote support options to ensure long-term stable performance after installation.
