UBC decoating furnace use a pyrolysis method to remove paint from cans. By removing paint in an oxygen-free, high-temperature environment, they produce no wastewater or exhaust gases, which are then discharged after exhaust treatment, thus meeting environmental standards.
UBC decoating furnace working process:
1. The recycled waste cans have already been damaged, and some have been compressed into blocks. Therefore, they should be crushed before carbonization.
2. The carbonization temperature for can carbonization is around 500°C. The carbonization furnace is preheated, and the crushed waste cans are then directly fed into the environmentally friendly carbonization furnace for paint stripping.
3. The environmentally friendly carbonization furnace typically takes about 30 minutes to carbonize the waste cans, quickly removing the surface paint film and producing clean aluminum metal particles. This avoids secondary pollution, promotes green production, and increases aluminum recovery rates.
