Circuit board recycling equipment for Brazilian customers

The equipment's workflow is precise and efficient. First, the waste circuit boards enter the shredder. The shredder uses dual-shaft shredding or hammering to initially break the boards into smaller pieces, preparing them for more refined processing. The crushed material then enters the pulverizer, where a high-speed turbine or other grinding device further pulverizes it into a powder, thoroughly separating metals from non-metals. The powder then undergoes airflow separation and electrostatic separation. Airflow separation utilizes the different trajectories of metal and non-metal particles in an airflow to achieve a preliminary separation. Electrostatic separation utilizes the differences in the electrical conductivity of metals and non-metals. In a high-voltage electrostatic field, the metal and non-metal particles are attracted to different electrodes, achieving a more precise separation with a purity exceeding 99%.

A Brazilian customer has ordered a set of waste circuit board recycling equipment from SUNYGROUP. The equipment has been completed and is now undergoing testing.
