Deframing: The photovoltaic panel is placed on the operating table of the aluminum frame removal machine. Mechanical extrusion separates the panels and removes the surrounding aluminum frames to obtain the aluminum frames.
Deglazing: The deframed photovoltaic panel enters the glass removal machine, where high-temperature heating softens the EVA adhesive and separates it from the glass. A milling cutter then pulverizes the glass and removes it, producing granular glass and solar cells.
Crushing and Grinding: The solar cells are conveyed by a belt conveyor, sequentially to a shredder for shredding, a crusher for crushing, and a mill for grinding.
Sieving: The ground solar cells enter a circular vibrating screen. The two screens in the circular vibrating screen separate the material into three layers: upper, middle, and lower. The lower layer produces silver-containing silicon powder. The middle layer, a mixture of copper and plastic, enters the next airflow separator. The upper layer returns to the mill for secondary grinding.
