The e-waste recycling equipment is suitable for recycling various circuit boards, including printed circuit boards (PCBs) and flexible circuit boards (FPCBs). This e-waste recycling process utilizes dry separation, eliminating the need for heating, combustion, water washing, or chemical treatment. The entire e-waste recycling process is pollution-free and environmentally friendly.
The waste circuit board recycling equipment operates precisely and efficiently. First, the waste circuit boards enter the shredder. This shredder uses a dual-shaft crushing or hammering method to initially break the circuit boards into small pieces, preparing them for subsequent fine processing. Next, the crushed material enters the pulverizer, where a high-speed turbine or other grinding device further pulverizes it into a powder, effectively separating metals from non-metals. The powder then undergoes airflow separation and electrostatic separation. Airflow separation utilizes the different motion paths of metal and non-metal particles in an airflow to achieve initial separation. Electrostatic separation utilizes the difference in electrical conductivity between metals and non-metals, using a high-voltage electrostatic field to attract metal particles to different electrodes, resulting in a more precise separation with a purity exceeding 99%.
A Zambian customer purchased a set of e-waste recycling equipment from SUNY GROUP. The equipment has now completed production and entered the trial phase.
